Outbound Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Focus

We are an innovative group of product strategists, designers, and developers. Together we create custom app solutions for startups and mid-sized businesses and tackle some of the biggest problems in healthcare, fintech, blockchain technology, and on-demand. 

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead our sales efforts, with a primary focus on the Enterprise Healthcare sector and Product Development services. In this role, you will drive sales within the enterprise market, leveraging industry expertise to refine our offerings and close large enterprise accounts.

What’s in it for you:

100% remote: this is a WFH opportunity.

Monthly compensation of $5000, subject to increase after we land $500k in enterprise sales value.

The key characteristics we're looking for are:

Extensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare ecosystem (patient care, value-based care, EHRs, RCM) and healthcare trends.

Understanding of IoT, medical device industry, and pharmaceutical drug development.

Strong familiarity with AI applications in healthcare, including LLMs and big data.

Demonstrated success in closing 7-figure deals with enterprise clients.

Proven track record selling product development services to enterprise healthcare clients.

Significant experience in healthcare technology sales leadership.

Projects You’ll Be Working On:

As an agency, you will be in charge of a variety of innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.

Important to know:

Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones. All our employees must overlap at a minimum between 7 AM and 11 AM Pacific Standard Time

Your Responsibilities Include:

Lead and manage the entire sales process, from post-qualification to close.

Refine the company's healthcare-focused product development services offering based on the Interview Method (agency speaking with target market decision-makers), prospect feedback, and your own sales experience.

Collaborate with outbound agency partner (Amplixity) on lead generation strategies.

Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for prospecting, follow-ups, and opportunity management.

Identify and execute micro-closes leading to larger deals. 

Flexibility in taking Vacation and Sick days off.

Provide healthcare industry expertise to tailor pitches and proposals.

This is a Fractional opportunity, requiring 20 hours of work per week, with availability Monday through Friday during core hours (11 AM to 3 PM PST).
