We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, architecting, and implementing AI-powered solutions that transform our clients' businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI frameworks, combined with strong technical sales and consulting capabilities.

The key characteristics we're looking for are:
Proven technical expertise in AI/ML platforms, with strong emphasis on Large Language Models and their enterprise applications. Experience with Claude, GPT, and other leading models is essential.
Extensive experience with modern AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone).
Demonstrated proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI deployment patterns.
Experience with AI infrastructure and MLOps practices for production systems.
Projects You’ll Be Working On:
As an agency, you will be in charge of a variety of innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.

Since we are fully remote and our team is across the globe, you are expected to interact with different teams and need to be flexible with different time zones.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Interface with sales leads and clients to provide technical consulting on AI solutions, helping translate business challenges into concrete implementation plans.
Design and implement AI architectures using modern frameworks like LangChain to create sophisticated language model applications and intelligent systems.
Develop and maintain AI solutions utilizing current best practices in prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and vector databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to analyze requirements and create comprehensive technical specifications.
Support the entire solution lifecycle from initial discovery workshops through deployment and optimization.
Candidates based outside the US won't be considered for this role.
Solid understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible development practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve AI implementation challenges, providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
