Meet product manager KPIs for individual products (NPS scores, churn rate, user ratios, client NPS scores, etc.).

Analyze bottlenecks and areas needing improvement via behavioral analytics, crash analytics, UX recordings, and user feedback.

Conduct user testing for design prototypes and live products, and provide product improvements. 

Be the go-to Project Manager responsible for the delivery of work products

Execute product discovery with the technical team to map user journeys, recommend tech stack, MVP feature set, and write feature PRDs.

Coordinate with UI/UX designers, project managers, developers, and QA teams to align with product KPIs.
