Here’s how to solve that
Therefore, if your healthcare app is subject to HIPAA requirements, you must find an alternative solution for your ChatGPT functionality that is HIPAA compliant or work with OpenAI to establish a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to ensure that their services meet the necessary HIPAA requirements. To qualify for this, you must have an Enterprise Agreement with OpenAI and a qualifying use case.
Alternatively, you may consider hosting a ChatGPT model on your own servers, which may allow you greater control over the security of PHI.
